My Practice:
I offer art therapy and counseling services to adult clients at the Community Center for Health and Wellness in Palo Alto, CA. Please call 650-493-5006 ext. 7136 to make an appointment. Rates for therapy are available on a sliding scale, if necessary.
Professional Presentations
I am available for presentations on topics such as art therapy, transpersonal themes, energetic counseling, and Reiki. Please contact me if your organization or facility would like more information.
The following are presentations I have given professionally:
- The Art of Self-Care for New Moms: Blossom Birth, Palo Alto. Becoming a mother is a rite of passage and a major life transition. When caring for our babies and families, we seldom set aside time to honor our new role as a mother and to care for our selves and our spirit when we need it most. Making art can help new moms to explore this new facet of identity, to give tangible form to feelings, and to be more present with what is. Come hear some simple ways you can make space to creatively nurture and reconnect with yourself.
